Licensed in real estate since 2015, Julie’s professional background includes new-home sales with Lennar and extensive experience in employee benefits and financial services. She earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation in 2025, complementing her experience representing both buyers and sellers and strengthening the strategic guidance she provides throughout the real estate process.
Julie also maintains an active Colorado Life and Health Insurance license and is a Colorado Notary Public and Notary Signing Agent with experience conducting real estate loan signings. Her diverse professional background provides a strong foundation in client education, transaction details, negotiation, and helping people navigate significant financial and real estate decisions.
Since closing her first transactions after returning to full-time residential real estate in 2024, Julie has closed 11 residential transactions totaling more than $5.2 million in sales volume. Her MLS-recorded production reflects a 99.75% sale-price-to-list-price ratio, and she received Your Castle Real Estate’s 2024 Rising Star Award for her production.
